About this project

A public record, built by tenants.

Why this exists

Dublin's rental market has become one of the most exploitative in Western Europe. Tenants live with mould, vermin, illegal evictions and stolen deposits — and the state response is slow and quiet. This site is a small attempt to make that pattern visible.

How we review submissions

Every report is read by a moderator before it counts toward the public totals. We look for internal consistency, supporting evidence (photos, messages, RTB letters), and — where a contact is provided and consent given — we may reach out to verify a detail. We do not publish individual addresses, landlord names, or any reporter information. Only aggregated counts by area and by issue type are made public.

What stays private

Your name, email, the address, the landlord's name, your description and your evidence files are only ever seen by a moderator. They are stored privately and protected with row-level security. Anonymous submissions are welcome and treated equally.
